Took weeks to fix a simple hole in a ceiling. This was due to being told they would be in contact with me when they never did and I had to make the calls. I was told incorrect times twice, another time they never even told me someone was booked to come over and I wasn't in, and another time someone showed up without a ladder and was unable to carry out works! Also increased the cost once works were complete. Would have put in a formal complaint but I feel nothing would be done to sort anything out. Very unhappy, avoid.

Appalling service but VERY EXPENSIVE ONE! £200 to fix a small graffiti in a lift. I could've done a better job with sanding paper. £271.32 was charged to fix a kerb. It wasn't fixed. It is a shame that I can't add a video to support my comments. Guidance how to fix a kerb: 1." Lift a kerb carefully without damaging it. 2. Add builder sand. 3. Place a kerb back." I can do it - you can do it without 1 Call.

Poor-Fair doesn't cover it. Rotten does. Don't waste your time with this shower. Told me they'd come, I took a day's annual leave to wait for them, they never showed up. When I phoned, they claimed I'd never phoned them in the first place, even though I could tell them how much they charge and what their hourly rate is. Said because I couldn't tell them the name of the person I'd spoken to, they couldn't do anything about it. On three occasions they told me they'd check and phone back, the last of which they said they'd speak to one of the managers, but they didn't. I had to keep phoning them. Don't think they had any intention of phoning me back. Utter waste of time. Don't even be tempted to try them, plenty of other tradesmen around who are actually helpful towards customers. 1Call does it all is their motto. 4Calls, no help at all should be their motto.
