I have has a boiler service and a radiator replacement in quick succession and on both occasions the service has been excellent. The technician came at the time booked ( 5 minutes early) and was pleasant, efficient and tidy. I will take time in recommending this company for any gas or plumbing work and would suggest these guys to any of my friends or colleagues that need boiler work

Would highly recommend 1st Time Fix to carry out any heating and plumbing issues you may have. Stephen has been a big help to us as we have tried to resolve an issue with our boiler. He diagnosed the issue correctly when others couldn't. Knowledgeable, reliable and friendly - we will definitely be using your services again should the need arise!

I would definitely recommend 1st Time Fix. I had an ongoing issue with boiler pressure that other "big" companies couldn't fix even though they were charging me for trying. Stephen sorted it in one visit. After that I subscribed to one of their service agreements and I've suffered a couple of other major faults since that have been fixed with minimal fuss. They turn up at the time arranged, tidy up after themselves and generally sort out anything that needs fixing. They offer continuity and peace of mind that you just don't get with major brands.

Had our boiler serviced today by 1st time fix, great job, very friendly and polite . Kept in touch confirming date . Second time boiler service, also a plumbing job previously completed. Very competitive price. Would highly recommend Stephen and his staff.

We were having an issue with our water pipes banging recently and we could not get to the bottom of it & it gradually got worse & worse. Within just a few days Steven & his team got to work to find the solution & didn’t give up until they had & we were satisfied all was well. This meant several messages back & forth and a few different visits to our home but as always the team reacted straight away & the work was complete in no time at a very reasonable price. Wouldn’t go to anyone else, nothing is too much trouble for this company …Guaranteed a quick & friendly service every time. Thank you so much!
