AER Cymru's standard of work is nothing less than professional and proficient. They constantly demonstrate the ability to provide a service and maintain it for an agreed time scale and the also to return to site should any problems occur after the defects period is finished. I look forward to projects commencing with AER Cymru as they are a pleasure to work with. I do not feel I have to chase them for information regarding a project as they provide is as and when requested.
As they have various qualifications between all their staff, their ability to respond to an urgent and/or emergency call out is second to none. The response times that they demonstrate are outstanding and their employees and always helpful and polite.
I would recommend AER Cymru as they are constantly improving and growing within the construction industry and always striving to be the best.

Luis Grace1 StarBe sure that if you use this service you are not on the road alongside their company van as they like to drive extremely dangerously and put other driver’s (and their very young children!!!) lives in danger by attempting to overtake at high speed on dangerous blind bends and tailgating for no good reason. I hope their service isn’t as poor as their driving!!! Registration number LM08 BZDMonday 17th August 2020
Julia Wilson1 StarIt's hear-breaking for me to share this information only I really feel that the company needs to train receptionists to have people skills and compassion for those of us who are disabled. I'm not a complainer but needed to ask for help to discover who was the workman who installed my walk-in shower in 2014 , after having a hip replacement, and that was out of warrantee, when the floor linoleum came away from the base during a cold spell when my pipes froze and the shower water didn't run away. I phoned several times and was told they would phone with the information because the original contractor had since gone private. After more phone calls with no reply I eventually asked CAB, when I was there for another reason, to call Aer Cymru on my behalf to ask if they'd kindly call me with the information, which they did. I wasn't aware that I'd made a complaint but have now been accused of doing and told they will not help me in the future when I asked if they could repair a fault with my water heater. The receptionist had promised to return my call but again failed to do so and with a cold accusing voice informed me that I'd made a complaint so through CAB and they'd not help me. In my opinion this is unprofessional, vindictive and un-compassionate when I'm a disabled, vulnerable adult who obviously needs help.Thursday 23rd January 2020
