Formed in 2008 by Stephen Laffan who is a qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over thirty years property experience. Stephen has extensive experience across a range of property types including residential, shops, offices, pub, leisure, industrial, warehousing, and land with a broad knowledge base covering landlord and tenant, rent review, leases, town & country planning and property management advice.
