Tommy was wonderful. After previously calling another company and being told there was nothing they could do, I was getting very disheartened that I would never resolve our drainage problem. I called Tommy and he was great. He arrived on site and provided a wealth of experience. He was very amicable and more than happy to involve me in the investigatory process. I never felt like he was rushing to get away and he did a very thorough inspection… finding the cause of the bad smells in our home. I can thoroughly recommend him and wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Amazing service! Submitted a quote request online on Sunday late afternoon and I got a call to my phone shortly after. I got an appointment the next day 8 in the morning they came to my house and did an amazing job and cleared out the drainage in the garden. I would definitely recommend them.

He came for the initial survey the day after calling and was friendly, helpful and upfront about what he could offer and the options available to us. He found the issue with our drains and even recommended getting in touch with United Utilities as there was a possibility they would fix it for free for us (possible shared drain). When that wasn't an option he returned to fix it for us. He's done a great job, even cleared out a slight blockage while he was down there. We'd highly recommend him for his knowledge, professionalism and friendly service.
