Alex R1 StarMade contact with Peter to discuss plumbing for 5 bathrooms; he said he would come and visit the property. He didn't respond to messages or phone calls from me which attempted to establish when he was going to attend - he just turned-up, unannounced, whilst I was in the middle of a work phone call. I left the call to show him around the property; he then disappeared promising to call, but I subsequently heard nothing. Further messages/calls went unanswered. Very unprofessional conduct - just let would-be customers know what's going on! Every - reasonable - person knows that life and other work is busy, but being left dangling by tradesmen like this is frustrating in the extreme for any customer. Hello Rasul1 StarHe is a awaful person he came to do the service our hotel boiler servicing and he picking up one of the boiler and said you need to change some parts after waiting 6 month he said you might need new boiler bought some new parts I have paid him for the parts his service fees now he do not pick up my call.he open the boiler and took some parts out the boiler he is a thief please do not use this person I have send him many email he didn’t respondWednesday 29th December 2021
