Takes ages to get anything resolved. Sitting waiting on reply's to emails and trying to get problems resolved with my flat regarding Eon that have taken over a year. Not a happy tenant at the moment.

Huge thanks to Stuart, Gordon and the rest of the team at Abbey Forth for doing a great job when selling our house. Gordon is so knowledgeable and really helpful. He went over and above to make the whole sale process really smooth. He was easy to contact too and kept us updated. Selling your house can be stressful so I'd highly recommend appointing Abbey Forth as your estate agent to make the process easier!

Appalling service, staff were rude and unprofessional in communications, particularly Fiona. Rental property was absolutely filthy when I moved in, I had to pay to have the carpets professionally cleaned, also smelled strongly of smoke which various staff members agreed with but they/the landlord refused to rectify. Billed for an unnecessary replacement due to minor cosmetic damage. They also made it clear on several occasions that they acted on behalf of the landlord's best interests and not that of the tenant. I would go out of my way not to rent one of their properties again.

One of life's few enjoyable experiences when dealing with companies of any sort. My dealings with Abbey Forth ran from 2011 to 2016 where they initially managed the letting of my property and then were instrumental in its sale. Run by a thoroughly decent guy whom I grew to trust implicitly, which is so much more than one comes to expect these days. Should I ever be in the position again I would jump at the opportunity to use their services once more.

Horrendous. If you're lucky to let a flat from these clowns without any issues you'll be okay. If they want to come round they will tell you they have the right and will threaten you. (By law they can't come in unless of emergency no matter of notice). Haven't emailed us once we told them we had left. Not returned deposit or even told us about our deposit. Just a all around amateur company.
