We offer a FREE design service with all of our supply only and supply & install bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms. This entails a FREE visit to your home, whereby one of our designers will measure your bathroom, kitchen or bedroom. Alternatively, we are able to work from your own plans and dimensions.  I would definitely recommend Abingdon Kitchen & Bathrooms. I thought they would have been too expensive for our budget but they weren't at all. We ended up getting 2 bathrooms from them and our kitchen appliances. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Just had my kitchen completely remodelled and updated. Electrics not touched since 1976. Gutted completely rewired, chose my kitchen from many different designs. Well within budget. The fitter did an excellent job. What I like is all the British goods used. Chose a high spec kitchen which should add value to the house. Having completed the installation of the modifications to our bathroom, namely replacing the bath with a walk-in shower, my wife and I fell it's only fair to pass our thanks for the hard work and attention to detail Steve Caddick and the fitters have paid to the design and quality of the work done. We Are very pleased with the cloakroom as designed by Steve Caddick for Abingdon Bathrooms & Kitchens. The whole process from choosing the fixtures and layout with you in your showroom through further discussion and the subsequent installation all worked very well.

Had a reasonable overall experience with ABAK. In the end, the actual bathroom they delivered was beautiful and well-fitted. However, the main problem we had was the lack of communication (which sometimes extended to ghosting) which made a stressful process of a whole bathroom refit far more stressful than it had to be (for example, tearing all your bathroom out on a Friday morning and finishing at lunchtime, leaving you with no washing/hygiene facilities over a weekend, or changing start dates at the last minute which was an issue with things like shift work). Had a bathroom installed in late November (which was ordered in May, with an original start date of early October). Although the fitters are very friendly, knowledgeable and work hard, there were a few areas that you really need to point out when it comes to finishing touches and raw edges.

I needed a new shower fitted and was keen to use a local company, so contacted AB. My bathroom was measured up and I was told I would receive a quote within 2 days. Five days later - nothing, so I phoned them and was told the representative was with another customer but would phone me. After another week - nothing, so I phoned again and was told yet again no one was available to talk to me - but they would contact me asap. Nothing, so over a week later I phoned and was given another excuse why no one had contacted me. I have since had a reasonable quote from another company who has kept to all the timelines. As AB is so unreliable, I won't use them. This is an appalling way to treat a customer. If they were too busy, or felt they couldn't do the work involved, then they should have let me know. From this experience, I'm disappointed to say I would not recommend Abingdon Bathrooms.

Everyone is talking about offering "good service," but these guys actually do! Steve and their installer Gary were faultless from beginning to the end. Even with our fussiness, they spent an immense time supporting us with ideas and virtual designs with a simulator. The execution was to a very high standard and we are left with a fantastic oasis of a bathroom that was installed to perfection. Little problems were fixed and even after everything was said, done and paid for, they came same day to replace a faulty part. I've never had such a good experience in building. I can recommend them 100%.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Paul designed and planned my kitchen brilliantly and after a few tweaks......which he took in his stride......he came up with the perfect kitchen for us. We had one or two issues with some of the units but again ABK were quick to resolve them, so he obviously has an excellent relationship with his suppliers. We now have the kitchen of our dreams. A big thank you to everybody at ABK......for all their patience, hard work and commitment to customer service. I would highly recommend them.
