Agar gt1 StarReally disappointed with the surveyors. Not only did they fail to spot obvious signs of an issue it’s been impossible to get a reply out of them. Would not recommend to anyone.
Had a building level 3 survey done and they reported potential signs of absestos in the property for which we booked a follow up dedicated survey. They failed to spot the visible signs of asbestos in the alleyway ceiling and their report was a one pager of one single sample taken. This not only cost us money but there are the obvious health and safety risks associated with it, not to mention what we could’ve negotiated for the house itself had we known about the issue.Monday 7th August 2023
