Honestly I cannot thank Academy Heating enough. I contacted them as I had an issue whilst looking after my sons cottage. His heating/ hot water was not working. They responded within hours, gave me a day and time for the engineer to meet me at the property. The engineer arrived bang on time, assessed the situation and identified the problem almost immediately. Luckily it was a very minor fault which was resolved within minutes. Academy Heating contacted me straight away and amazingly said there would be no charge! Incredible service, absolutely recommended. I shall definitely keep them in my address book and use them for any mishaps/problem in the future ! Thank you 🙏

Skilled, conscientious, fair pricing and completely reliable We had a confusing situation caused by a faulty motorised CH valve and also a temperamental thermostat. Academy visited to diagnose the problem, provided an estimate and we subsequently booked the work for the following week. Only the header part of the valve needed to be replaced and a new Nest thermostat (which I sourced myself via Amazon) was installed. All work was undertaken expertly, fastidiously, fully set-up and ready to run, and with great care taken to explain how it worked. The Nest system is absolutely brilliant! All aspects of the service was friendly and courteous, from initial inquiry and diagnosis, through to installation and final payment (which was as per the estimate). Very pleased to have found a decent, reliable company to look after my central heating. Excellent in every respect.

Great from the word go - Clare in the office was extremely helpful and was always quick and happy to answer my questions in the lead up to the work starting. The replacement and relocation of our boiler took 3 days as planned, and the guys were very accommodating when we had slight changes of plan here and there. And we are really happy with the work. Academy was recommended to us, and we would definitely recommend and use again.

This company was recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint. They are efficient and professional. My tenants had no hot water so they did an emergency fix to the emersion heater to give them hot water and then replaced the boiler. I was very impressed with their experience, professionalism and efficiency. Everything is followed up by email and the guarantee was registered and sent to me. Excellent service.

I realised that we had no hot water or heating mid morning on a cold January day and called Academy Heating. The phone was answered within a couple of rings with the lovely lady who had taken my call arranging for an engineer to visit that day despite it been unsurprisingly a very busy day in winter. The engineer arrived early afternoon, diagnosed the fault in less than 10 seconds and remedied the problem in less than a minute. The Academy Heating team have always been a pleasure to use and are unfailingly polite, prompt, efficient, problem solvers and kind. Thank you again
