I am delighted with the transformation of my small bathroom; it looks fantastic. Mark and Johnny arrived punctually every morning and were very friendly and professional. They worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. Nothing was too much trouble. The price was great value too. I will be using their services again to fit some worktops in my kitchen. Highly recommend.

Once again Mark and Johnny did a fantastic job renovating our kitchen. They are so unbelievably professional. Nothing is too much trouble, you ask them to do something and its done!!!!. They recently renvated our bathroom so I dont know which room to sit in and look at the fantastic job they have done. Please please use these lads, you wont be disappointed . I even put up with Johnny's singing. Thank you so much Mark & Johnny. Till next time.

I cannot say enough about the workmanship that Mark and Jonny did in our bathroom. From begining to end they were absolutely fantastic. They have transformed our bathroom into a fabulous space, infact sometimes I sit in it and admire it. Every attention to detail was 100%. They worked all day everyday until it was finished. I was so worried about how much mess there would be but they kept it to a minimum. The price was really good and I would have paid double for the end result (dont tell them that). If like me you are worried about the mess cost or workmanship, please use this company. We are that pleased they are coming back next week to do some more work in our house because I know it will be fantastic. Thank you so much Mark and Jonny. One bit of advise, try not to listen to Jonny singing, he is tone deaf!!!!!!!

We talked to a lot of people about doing our bathroom (complete makeover); there was always something not quite right. Then we met Mark and Johnny at APM and everything fell into place. From the start we had a "can do" approach at a good price (better than any other person we talked to). At a time when we have found it hard to pin people down sometimes, we agreed a date quickly. Both Mark and Johnny were always on time, tidy in what they did and above all were clear about what was happening each day. If there was a sticking point they came up with a solution; if things weren't quite right they always sorted things to our satisfaction. The service has been first rate, the standard of workmanship has been excellent and all done in a timely way. If you need someone to to sort your bathroom (and of course that is why you are reading this review!) then you need look no further than Mark and Johnny at Adair Property Maintenance. Just had my bathroom fully refitted and tiled by Mark and Johnny. Absolutely fantastic service from end to end. The fit took just over 5 days and I am really happy with the end result. Disruption was kept to a minimum and I worked from home throughout. Really decent guys and a fabulous bathroom to boot. Thank you
