Because of all the good reviews we were looking forward to having a good experience with this company, unfortunately that's not how it turned out, we waited in on 2 occasions to consult with Paul, both was a no show, on the second occasion my husband cancelled previous plans to be at home and we didn't even get the courtesy of a call to advise. Aftera bit of thought we still decided to give them another chance, I phoned up and asked for another appointment they advised that Paul would phone me after the bank holiday and guess what nothing, very disappointing waste of our time.
