As at July 2016 we have seen a market slow down firstly attributed to the stamp duty changes of March / April 2016, and secondly the leave vote in the EU referendum that appears to be having some significant issues especially on London house prices, and expert valuation advice is required in these respects. We are not economists but consider that the economic uncertainty and the challenging market environment has reduced demand and with more stock coming on the market prices could fall, and with low interest rates this situation is deemed good news for house hunters.

It was clear from the outset that he had a deep and extensive knowledge of his subject. He prepared a very detailed and thorough review of the building.

Bexx 09235 StarAfter my first conversation with Adams, I was impressed with the level of knowledge and passion for the job. I called other competitors for more quotes but never got that same impression elsewhere! It was a little more pricey then others but I felt sure they would do the job well. And I wasn't wrong! The detail and care put into my report was outstanding, I thought I'd seen most of the issues with the property I was buying but nothing got past them. I liked the fact that after reading the report, the surveyor was also happy to take a call and give me even more detail about the issues raised in the report. In an industry that can be swamped with cowboys I found a diamond in the rough! They take pride in their profession and I felt they genuinely cared about me as the customer.Friday 18th October 2019
Craig Elliott1 StarPeter Tasker provided faulty report which was struck out by the court. The judge at the time was critical both of the way he conducted himself and how his instructions were carried out! The judge had no hesitation in coming to conclusion that he be dismissed and reliance on his report debarred! I would not recommend him, very unprofessionalThursday 5th March 2020
