ADCO renovated the two bedroom flat above me (in a converted Georgian house) last year (2021) and I was initially told it would take 4/5 months. It took 10 months and during that time, there were 3 significant floods into my flat which, had I not been at home, would have caused serious damage. There were also 2 significant leaks into my recently renovated bathroom. The flat was sold and last week (May 16, 2022) I could again hear building noise coming from that flat which turned out to be plumbers repairing leaking radiators!! Being 'helpful', 'polite' etc. does not compensate for poor workmanship.

ADCO Construction went above and beyond to keep our build (a single story rear extension + first floor side/rear extension) going through the Covid lockdown and have completed all the work to a very high standard. Hass and Anouar were always very friendly and polite, and always kept us up to date throughout the works. They solved problems on the build with innovative and creative approaches, and contributed additional design details that have really added to the high finish achieved. We are absolutely delighted with the end result.

ADCO recently did a removal and install of a new bathroom and en-suite. Excellent service from both Hass and Anouar, kept us updated throughout, put up with my indecisiveness and went above and beyond to ensure we had what we wanted. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Hass and Anouar, were very help, always quick to reposond to any queries, They have just upgraded a kitchen, bathroom and extended for a utility room. The work provided a bit of a challenge at times, but they did was was necessary to see the job through. Their hard work is very much appreciated. Thank you to you both.

Couldn’t have asked more from ADCO construction! They assisted us in the removal of a large wall in the kitchen and the installation of a worktop making our kitchen/ back room into a large kitchen diner. We had regular contact with the management prior to the work, the quote was very reasonable and they managed to start the work quickly despite running another much larger contract at the time! The finish and attention to detail was superb and they left the whole kitchen area totally spotless. In fact we were so happy with the work completed we asked them to create a door from the garage through to the house straight away, this was completed immediately and again with an immaculate finish . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ADCO to family or friends and will look forward to using them again for any future work on our house.
