We needed to convert from a fully electric house (no mains gas/we were told from other companies that we would have to stick with electric as no other options were available due to the positioning of pipework within our house) Through word of mouth, a neighbour recommended to get in touch with Adam at Add Heat. Thank goodness we did! Adam found a solution when others couldn't and installed oil tank/boiler and all the pipework required. He was in constant contact before, during and after installation. Every person within his team are friendly, polite and we are very pleased with the finished product. All completed within the agreed timeframe, would highly recommend. I have great pleasure in recommending Add Heat . We have received exceptional service , with very efficient installation of a new boiler. There has been clear communication throughout. On top of this , they really went the extra mile to install the new boiler in super fast , next day time , which was so appreciated as the old one broke on the eve of an Arctic blast .
