David Stevens5 StarHot water system packed up over the Christmas and NY period, tried 5 different plumbing firms but Adrian was the only one to respond, came out to look at the problem, identified the problem, and replaced the tank at the earliest opportunity, not straightforward given all the Christmas closures. Adrian worked so well, he didn't get rushed when certain tasks took a bit of time, and explained throughout what was happening. Couldn't recommend Adrian highly enough, he clearly knows his stuff and isn't afraid of hard work. Will definitely be using him again, just hopefully not for hot water problems!Friday 7th January 2022
