ADS Ltd. is a building design & surveying company trading for over 30 years, based near Gatwick, ADS Ltd. has been engaged on numerous varied projects such as New Builds, Flats, Loft Conversions, Extensions & Internal Alterations both domestic and commercial.

We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your requirements following which we will provide a written quotation for your consideration.
Our services range from full building design i.e. inception, planning to construction. We know “the devil is in the detail” but have an advantage that all architectural, structural and other technical aspects are coordinated in-house.
All our work is produced in digital format using up to date CAD and structural design software.
We guarantee our designs will gain Building Regulation approval and we are partnered with the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) which speeds the process.
Staff are Fellows or members of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (FPWS), and the Director is on the free advice line for the Faculty
The company complies with the codes of conduct of the CABE, (Chartered Association of Building Engineers), IET (Institute of Engineers and Technicians) and FPWS (Faculty of Party wall surveyors) and is regulated by the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors).
