"It was my first time using the my constructor site and I was very happy with the service. I needed an EPC for a home I was selling. It literally took a few minutes to book online and I received confirmation straight away with details etc. On the day of the appointment the assessor Alan Howard was there on time, he was friendly, polite and I received the certificate the very same day. All in all 5* for the whole service."
