I am extremely impressed with AHL roofing. Right from the start Andy and his team were highly professional and friendly. When assessing the job he was the only one who got a ladder and had a good look at what he was up against. The quote was highly competitive and the work has a 10 year insurance backed guarantee. Andy sent us photos as examples of his previous re-roofs which was a good indication of his high standards. He dropped off samples of our chosen tiles for us to look at. He was able to bring the job forward a couple of weeks which was appreciated, especially as he is booked well in advance. Everything happened when he said it would, delivery of skip, scaffolding etc. Once on site Andy and Tom worked tirelessly to a very high standard. They tidied up every day to minimise inconvenience with an extra clean up on the final day. When completed, the skip and scaffolding were removed quickly. We are delighted with our new roof. AHL made it a painless process from start to finish and completed the work to an extremely high standard. Highly recommended.

Storm damage to roof. Phoned - came round that day to assess. Returned with workmates who erected a tower tiles were nailed back into position. Tower dismantled. JOB DONE. Took just over 1 hour they were both professional and courteous. Would highly recommend this company 👌 👍 😀

The quotation which I received from AHL Roof & property Maintenance. for the installation of a new flat roof and a Velux glass window, I found very acceptable. The quality of workmanship was very good. Together with my new roof, I am also very happy with my new Velux window. It has been fitted so well. All rubbish was removed from the work area once the installation was completed. After a few months of the installation, there was a minor problem with a small trim joiner on the side edge of the roof I contacted AHL to report the fault. They didn’t hesitate to return and rectify the fault. It’s good to know that a builder will return and put right any faults

I booked Andy 6 months ahead of when I needed him, to replace our pan tile roof. From then onwards the whole process has worked brilliantly. The quote was timely and competitive. He contacted us a month before commencing the work to nail down details. The scaffold, skips and materials all turned up when they were meant to. Andy and Paul worked really efficiently, considerately, and to a really high standard. Their housekeeping was great. They always tidied up at the end of the day and made sure there was nothing laying around for the dog to stand on! We have an old property and so square lines and straight edges are not easily found but Andy managed to replace the roof, repair the chimneys, sort the lead work, replace guttering and retain the character of the place without compromising the quality of the job in the slightest. All completed within the time frame we asked for. Can’t say any more really. I would recommend AHL roofing to anyone.
