As a cash buyer for the purchase of a property I required a reputable Company to carry out a Survey for me. I was recommended to use AJP Surveyors. Without hesitation I recommend anyone wanting a Survey to use this Company. They carried out 2 Surveys for me, different properties. Each time after placing my request the Survey was done and a detailed report issued within 7 days. The Administration Staff are a delight to deal with and any queries are dealt with promptly. What can I say AJP Surveyors were fantastic, quick and thorough. We had them survey the first house we were going to buy, the results came back that the house would have been a money pit they saved us a lot of stress and money. We were that impressed, when we needed a survey for another house we wanted to purchase we chose AJP again. If you are looking for a Surveyor that does a thorough job and is meticulous in everything he does, then look no further. Also Andrea who books the appointments could not have been more helpful.
