Hazel Eriksson5 StarI booked a structural survey of a 2-bedroom Victorian house in East London with Shaun at Alexander Surveying Services, and he was both thorough and attentive throughout the process. He took time to speak to me on the phone both before and after the survey, to listen to my concerns (which were then specifically addressed in the report) and than to answer my questions about the report once we had it. The report came back to me quickly, and was comprehensive and also very clear. I especially appreciate that the report provided an estimate of how much various fixes might cost, as that really helped to clarify priorities for me. The fee we paid was competitive and everyone I spoke to was helpful and lovely. I would highly recommend!Wednesday 6th April 2022

-Property valuation was initially missing from the report.

Ali T5 StarI have contacted Alexander Surveying Services to get a structural engineer report for a property, I needed this report to be done by an expert with very specific skills and certificate. It’s worth mentioning that I also contacted other companies but with no luck.
they managed to get it done on time with an excellent report from Micheal. Their price is definitely very competitive in the market.
