I rang the office at 6am intending to leave a voicemail and Peter answered sounding chirpy and ready to help me - Incredible!
Since then he has responded to emails with a high level of efficiency and always with a reassuring attitude.

Rachael Wilson4 StarInstructed Allied to conduct a help to buy valuation for selling my property. They answer the phones immediately when calling, and are very quick to reply to emails also. Received the valuation report the next working day. The valuation itself was £10 cheaper than I was expecting, might not seem like much to some but in the grand scheme of the mounting costs involved when moving a little win like this was welcome.
There was a few minor errors with a wrong date on the report but this was rectified immediately with apologies within 10 minutes and resent over email to myself. Also received x3 copies in the post the next day. Would definitely recommend.Monday 8th March 2021
Kate Abercrombie5 StarI do not usually give reviews , just out of laziness if I'm honest. However I cannot fault both the office or Peter who carried out the survey on a property in Cottingham.
After the fire was flagged up 3times as a red flag, as a concern, with the owners and the actual estate agents being dismissive about it. Peter has answered my questions and given advice, both in email and telephone. I cannot fault the service, customer care or the price.
Staff in the office are polite, efficient and friendly. Keep up the good work.Monday 15th March 2021
