I've used his service after chasing him all day (about 2 weeks ago), constantly rushed, barely holding a conversation (kept on saying don't worry, don't worry while I was trying to talk to him, not even letting me finish what I needed to say, a bit condescending but what can you do). After getting all the items needed for the repairs now he's not answering his calls, reads his messages but doesn't reply. I'm positive I'm not the only one. Cherry picking the jobs. Just let the people know if you're busy or don't wanna do it, you're wasting others time, that's why we ask when and where. Don't recommend at all.

First time using Alpha Gas. They did a great job replacing my gas boiler with a new unit. Very tidy work and neat install. Stephen listened to what I wanted and installed a boiler to suit my needs and budget. Will use them again for routine servicing etc and recommend them to friends and family.

Hi all Alpha gas is first class My boiler packed in phoned Stephen on Wednesday at 4 o'clock to see if he could help me he called that night at 8:30 pm what a star Boiler was 30 years old said he would order me a new boiler next day but what I did not expect was he called out the next day and fitted it worked until 10:30 that night to make sure that I had heat and hot water Stephen & Dave where totally amazing could not thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone there workmanship is 5 star But best of all was the price no hard sell and no add ons 👌 👍 😀 Big thank you to ALPHA GAS *****

Stephen came when we were stuck with no heat or hot water. Stayed late till we were sorted. Really appreciate the thorough job that he did. Great to have some to rely on in an emergency.
