We have just had a full bathroom rip out and renovation completed by Fernando and his team and couldn’t be happier with the finished product. From our first meeting with Fernando we were impressed, not only by Fernando’s knowledge but also by the amount of time he spent with us discussing our plans and providing us with options. Fernando listened to our ideas and then used this to suggest other options for the bathroom, some of which ended up working better for us. We trusted Fernando throughout the process, he is a true perfectionist which is reflected in his work, nothing was rushed and we felt we had his primary attention throughout the process. The work took around 3-4 weeks and although this may seem lengthy, it has been completed to a high standard, the team worked incredibly long hours and we are so happy with the result. Fernando and his team are all honest, polite and cleaned everywhere prior to finishing the job which really made a difference to previous work we have had done. I would recommend Fernando and his team to anyone wanting a high quality professional job.

We are delighted with the transformation of our bathroom recently completed by Alva Kitchen and Bathroom Solutions. The standard of the workmanship was excellent and we particularly appreciated the design thinking and attention to detail that Fernando provided. This conscientious approach extended to keeping us appraised of the progress of the work and the costs incurred at all stages. The work was carried out with a minimum of disruption to the household and the team was consistently neat and tidy.

Fernando and his team are super! Very keen to details, he is polite, very thoughtful, he clean after himself after every day of work, he protects and takes care of the work site and around of it. Fernando from Alva Solutions is an amazing talented designer & skilled craftsman. He asked questions and listened to the needs of my family at our very first meeting making wonderful recommendations I would not have thought or known about and then created the bathroom space of my dreams. He is professional, extremely hardworking, honest, polite & thoughtful. An exceptional eye for detail and design. He carefully explained all aspects of the project before and during job. At the end of each day the site and surrounding areas were left safe clean & tidy. Fernando and his team showed huge patience with my two noisy nosey puppies and the very small working and storage space they had available to them and the ‘challenges’ my property threw up from previous works carried out by other contractors in the past. I would totally recommend Alva Solutions and will be using them again myself in the near future! Michelle
