Andrew was a good professional at his work he did for us he fitted 8 interior doors for us very pleased with the quality of work carried out. Now waiting for a quote on pitched porch to the front of our house. We will be using him again. Thanks Andrew

Booked Andrew in to completely refurbished our work cabin, he gave us a 3 week lead time which we were happy to wait and did so (we are a business and always here to we were the perfect customers as booking a time and date is easy with us). Upon the day of the job 18/7/18 he text to tell us it was too hot and he would come the next week. Next week arrived and we get a text saying he was not very well the night before and would come the next day. He didn't show up the next day either. We waited and allowed him a few days to either contact us or arrange a better time. We heard nothing from Andrew. We then called him a week after and asked why he didn't turn up and why he hasn't been in contact. His response was hes too busy and he cant do it now. So all in all, we have waited over 4 weeks for Andrew, ordered all the parts for the job (which are on site now) and he doesn't have the decency to stick to his time frame, fit us in or even let us know when. As a senior Andrew should have better customer service and actually care about his customers, he doesn't. Id advise picking someone who is hungry for the business and not looking for pension payments. he doesn't want the work and doesn't care if your messed around and left waiting in the meantime.

Fitted 5 doors. Average to poor quality work, made mistakes (e.g. planing through the wood veneer, drilled a keyhole when I specifically asked not to), missing screws in door handles and hinges. Door fit fine, which I guess is the main thing, but I've had to do a lot of remedial work to tidy. Some cut outs soppily done, door handles not on straight etc etc etc ... all irritating but easily avoidable snags. And wasn't cheap either (thought I was paying more to get a quality workman, doesn't seem to be the case).

We booked him in to do half our house skirting architrave and other joiner work like hanging 2 doors. Waited 2 weeks to get him in right before xmas (today is 6th dec...) he turned up looked around the house and left. then when i called him from work told me to get another joiner in. This seems to be a regular thing with trades people just leaving jobs to move on to other work leaving people with half done work or looking for another trades person. .... someone please start a reputable construction company!!!
