From start to finish a fantastic experience with friendly and professional service. During our house purchase Chris completed a Level 3 survey, and although this felt like a big expense with our stretched finances it paid for itself 10 times over when we were able to renegotiate the sales price on the strength of their findings. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I highly recommend Andrew & James Partnership. I spoke to Chris regarding a house survey who explained in detail the process. He rang me on the day of the survey to give a synopsis of the findings followed by a detailed written report a few days later. Any queries were promptly addressed by Chris. An excellent service.

I was delighted with the service from Andrew & James Partnership, which is a family run business. I spoke with Chris to arrange a survey, and following the survey Chris took the time to phone me the findings explaining every aspect, which I found extremely useful. Chris, gave some very useful advice going forward which has enabled me to be in a better negotiating position. Excellent service from start to finish. Really appreciated the approach taken to discuss our options and the process on first enquiry, right through to the phone call you receive on the day of your survey to talk you through the main points whilst you await the full report. Recommended!
