Do not use this plumber!! He has fitted a boiler for my 81 year old mother who is looking after my 82 year old dad who suffers dementia. He promised to come back after he had been paid and she's never heard a thing since and he never answers his calls. She had to get someone else in and they said he had used old parts and the flue had a massive gap around it!! Disgraceful !!

I had Andrew Littlewood move a boiler for me and initially I thought he'd done a good job however a hot water pipe burst after he left and it was fortunate I was in my house or it would have been flooded. The flue installation was shoddy which he promised to come back and fix but didn't but worst of all there was a gas leak from one of the joints he'd made in my kitchen and wouldn't come back and fix it. That's right, a Gas Safe Engineer who wouldn't fix a gas leak he'd created!

Andrew has done several jobs for us - fitted and maintained a gas boiler, helped fix a leaking tap and altered the pipework from a shower and hand-basin to improve the flow of water (was backing up before) Andrew is always polite, professional and tidy (removes his boots in the house for example). An excellent service for a reasonable price, highly recommended.
