Our principal, Andrew McColl, is a 58-year-old surveyor living just outside Billericay, Essex, with a vast wealth of experience, having been involved in the construction and the housebuilding industry since leaving school, and now specialising in comprehensive and affordable surveys for the home buyer. With our small team, we are independent surveyors, with no corporate handcuffs or time restraints, and can, therefore, give a better value-for-money service.
Our reputation has been built on providing reliable and personal service to all our clients, big or small, corporate or private. We don't subcontract work, your surveyor takes full responsibility for the services that they provide, leaving you free to concentrate on your own day-to-day business.

Andrew's team booked the survey on our behalf with the estate agents and didn't want payment for the survey until after the report had been provided to us and discussed.
The survey report arrived 7 days after the survey, 118 pages, clearly written with lots of photos to support the comments made.
Lee Robinson, who completed the survey from AM Surveys, has been happy to discuss the survey with us in a clear and understandable way.

Survey was extremely detailed with numerous photos and useful commentary.
