I was impressed with the professional yet friendly approach from the initial contact, where Raphael explained what I should expect from the survey and noted my concerns, to the follow up phone calls and emails. All done in a very straightforward manner, clear and concise, and with very helpful information throughout. Once Peter Chapman concluded the survey, he called to go though the most important items and answered all my questions, and the report followed a few days later. The report itself was very thorough and provided the right level of information, with helpful photos and very useful explanations, all in an easy to understand language. On a personal note, in my job as a mechanical design engineer, attention to detail is very important, and I know to appreciate it when I see it! I am also grateful for the advice regarding maintenance and aspects which will require some attention in the short and medium term, in order to keep the property in good repair.
