APS Pointing & Property Maintenance were friendly and extremely prompt, turning up when they said they would. I was very impressed with how clean they left the area they were working in. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else who needed work doing. I found APS Pointing & Property Maintenance very reasonable on their quote compared to others. Their workmanship was very thorough and they were very friendly. They gave me good advice and left my house spotless which is a must. I would use them in the future and I have passed their names on to friends and family. I couldn’t be any happier with the patio in Indian stone that APS Pointing & Property Maintenance laid for me. APS Pointing & Property Maintenance have done extensive works on our home such as flagging, new fascias, soffits and guttering. They were prompt, professional and all the work was carried out to an amazingly high standard. I found it very easy to speak to them and explain what I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They have done a lot of other work in our street as a result and I will certainly be using them for any future work required. They come very highly recommended and their prices are extremely competitive! We had our patio completely re-flagged. Andy has recently completed a single storey extension along with structural opening of kitchen/living room. From day one he has been an absolute pleasure to work with. The build had complications such as piling and required extensive build up. Andy was not phased by any of the difficulties and simply cracked on. He’s very experienced and clearly takes pride in his work. He is at the end of the phone for anything you need. Andy has a great eye for detail and provides great recommendations/solutions. He has a great team of professionals who he coordinates brilliantly.The team are great and very respectful of your home. They turn up on time and tidy up as they go. The end product is brilliant. We’ve received so many compliments from others who’ve watched the progress. We are working on plans for a second storey in the future.Andy and his team will be overseeing this next phase. I wouldn’t use anyone else! Thanks for all the hard work 🙂

I needed new guttering and facials doing. Andy and his team were professional and genuine from start to finish. From the minute they arrived wich mite I add was bang on the time they gave me they got straight on with the job. Totaly hard working and a great set of guys . Me and my wife are totaly happy with the finishing outcome the house looks totaly different. We will %100 be getting andy and his team back for future work we need doing . Massive thanks guys

Andy gave a very reasonable quote for pointing below the kitchen window. He didn't need chasing up and arrived on time to do the work on the agreed date. The quality of work was excellent and he added colouring to the mix to help it blend into the rest of the existing pointing.
