Extremely bad experience with the company director who visited the property. Arrogant, unprofessional man who doesn't understand that we all have different circumstances in life and people should not be discriminated no matter what situation they are in. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The most USELESS COMPANY ON THE PLANET! They installed a wet-room for my autistic brother, ended up breaking the wall tiles and ignored the crack in the wall. The shower, seat, toilet and tap they installed are all broken and due to one of their workers breaking our tiles, the bathroom has leaked into the ceiling of one of our bedrooms. Our bedroom is completely drowned in damp and inhabitable to live in. Absolutely disgusting.

Aquaneed are a fantastic firm to deal with. Very experienced, professional, and excellent attention to detail. Rupal, the project manager was very proactive and helpful throughout the project lifecycle. Rob was kind enough to share his experienced insight and recommendations for our consideration to really improve the usage of the small space available. We cannot thank him enough for this. Ceaser, the chap who did the work did a sterling job from the plumbing to the tiling. He was simply smashing. I agreed to work with Aquaneed after two previous contractors fell short of expectations. The experience with Aquaneed was nothing short of stellar from initial bathroom design, project implementation and post work inspection. I have dealt with many firms in the past, and this firm was head and shoulders above the rest. I would highly recommend and look forward to private work in the future. A very big thank you from myself and my family.
