We had our bathroom completely renovated by Steven, Tom and Jack and we couldn't be happier. From the initial quote and design Steven couldn't have been more helpful or professional. The bathroom hadn't had anything done to it for at least 50 years so there was a lot to do and Steven made the process so easy for us and helped recommend products and layout so we could get the best of our new bathroom. And we were not disappointed! Not only were the guys excellent workers, they did an amazing job and put up with all my questions and concerns along the way. Even though we had moved out for the week, while they were working the house was hoovered and tidied up every evening before they left and on their final day you wouldn't have know we'd had workmen in at all. James and I are absolutely thrilled with our new bathroom and the way Steven and his team conducted themselves. A more friendly and professional team we haven't ever experienced. Ara installed a new bathroom for us and we are delighted with the results. From the initial appointment right through to fitting the last tile they were very proffessional and made sure that we were happy with it every step of the way, despite us making a few changes here and there! ARA Building and Kitchen Specialists recently refitted our ensuite. Steven from ARA was there to help us with the planning and choosing of the furniture. The guys turned up at our home as agreed, on time and ready to go. They were pleasant, friendly, organised and clean when in our home working. They did an absolutely fantastic job and we are so happy with our new ensuite. Steven was always at the end of the phone for any queries we had or to advise on decisions we were strugglingto make. A very professional team. We will definately be calling them for further work and can highly recommend. First class company.
