The worst payroll company i have ever experienced. Its currently friday 4pm and still no wages just been told by an advisor payments could take up to 4 hours. These guys think my money belongs to them haha. Avoid at all costs

Time of writing, it is nearly 6pm and My payment has still has not been processed and paid into my account. Ardent cannot tell me when my money will come I am only told it is being processed. Hard working people don’t want to be paid in the evening on PAY DAY. Just another payroll that over charges on margins and gives sloppy slow service. If you have been put forward to Ardent Tide through an agency(Mine was Ratio btw stay clear of them dodgy) stay well clear go for a payroll that processes the day they get the payment not on pay day itself.

They were meant to do my tax but didn't and I ended up with a charge from HMRC. My login was deleted and I have added no access to the staff portal to see my payslips. All part of Kelly Communications money making scheme. Avoid.
