Used this service twice and very happy both times. Dante very approachable, patient and willing to explain anything, twice! Seems knowledgeable and competent and has done an excellent and clean job both times. Right on time both times and even though I was late home for second appointment he didn't waste time- he called when he arrived and when I got back he was unloading his van! Very efficient. First time around was an emergency and was pleased that they didn't charge ridiculous prices for an urgent call out- same rate as normal. Would definitely recommend/use again should the need arise (fingers crossed it won't!).

Really professional. Had an issue with a leaking pipe they attended really quickly. The guys talked me through the issue so i had an complete understanding of what had happened. The did the repair really quickly. They left the flat spotless after doing the job even after having to lift carpets and floorboards. Very reasonably priced. They will be my only go to plumber in london!

Used these guys for a boiler repair. Not a great experience. The Good, the customer service was quick and they came out within a day or two. The bad was the plumber couldn't really work out what was wrong with the boiler either a PCB or fan and suggested replacing both at around £700 (on top of £114 for the call out charge), but would not guarantee it would solve the problem! The Valiant Boiler was 10 years old, called Valiant and they replaced PCB for £300 with their fixed price repair. Whilst these guys may or may not be good for other plumbing services, they may not be your best option for boiler repairs.

I have used this company 3 times as they are very professional and thorough. Communication is clear and well explained, I use the WhatsApp facility. Work is done very well and prices are always fair and no hidden charges. Have recommended to friends and will continue using their services.

After not having hot water for over a week and several unsuccessful visits from plumbers/electricians I contacted Aren Heating & Plumbing. I sent some pictures and they were then able to send someone with the correct parts the next day. Within 45 mins Ronan had everything changed, checked and working! Everyone I dealt with at the company were friendly and helpful, I will have no hesitation calling them again for any further work needed.
