Armen Firman was of great use in helping the upgrade and renovation of my commercial property. After an initial enquiry over the phone an Engineer arrived to site within a day to gather all the information required for his works but also provided some great advice as to how to streamline my building regulation process. After a walk around the site the engineer was friendly enough to advise on other aspects of my construction such as utilities and new innovative materials on the market. Drawings and information were turned around in advance of the time initially promised. I would definitely recommend this company!

I contacted Moundir at Armen Firman to get a Structural Engineer's Survey done on a house I'm hoping to purchase. He was fantastic, arranging an engineer to visit the property within the week, reorganising the appointment for the next day when the vendor could no longer accommodate the first appointment made and delivering the report within 4 working days of the engineer's visit. The report itself was clear and very detailed and will allow us to move forward with the purchase of the house. Thank you for your hard work.
