Boiler working fine but thought we were overdue a service as I know it hasnt been done for 2 yrs.
Phoned for appointment. 1st told February which is fine. Then told no not on computer so you're not our customer ! No appointment possible, even though she had just said booking February ! Dahhh .
Interesting customer service. I have previously recommended this firm to friends and neighbours. I will now tell them of the policy.
Will take to Facebook now for recommendations . Hadn't realised that they required every year contract.Thursday 7th December 2017
