We are renovating a property on the Isle of Bute, and unfortunately an unprofessional contractor left us with an unsafe boiler and badly installed leaking central heating system. We had a newly installed slate floor and did not want to have to lift it, but didn’t know how to fix the plumbing any other way. We contacted Scott, who came over and quoted for the job, also advising that he could do it without lifting the slate floor. He provided an upfront cost and timeframe for the work. Scott and his boys turned up when they said they would, did a full day’s work every day and finished the job when he said he would. He replaced the old plastic pipes with new copper ones and installed a new boiler, provided all the necessary installation documentation and warranties. Scott was very pleasant and professional to deal with, his quote was extremely reasonable given the difficulties of the job and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Scott replaced my old combi boiler he arrived on day and time he said he would ,he completed the job on time he left the workplace as he found it.There was a problem with the app to connect my phone to the boiler and the heating was not right I called him he came next day fixed issue to my satisfaction .would I use him again ? the answer yes , he would be first on list to get a quote from.

Can't do any thing till next year i was told. I had no heating no hot water .
