Great initial design session with Will and good check with Bob, then a superb refit of our bathroom. They both are extremely reliable, professional from beginning to end, promises kept and everything was done on time.

Their product knowledge is vast and are able to make recommendations according to budget, style or practicality.
They were very helpful during both projects and

At the beginning I really didn't know what I wanted and needed support to work through what would work best for my bathrooms. The experience I had with Aromabath from start to finish was exceptional. They were patient talked me through the extensive options, created some fantastic designs to choose from which I loved, ordered the stock, got them in and fitted ahead of time all at a great price. The team were brilliant at listening to what I really wanted, as well as what I needed, to make it all work and their bathroom design service was really thorough and inspiring. They are all really lovely to work with too - I think I imagined a luxury bathroom company might be a bit aloof but they are all so down-to-earth, listen to your personal budget and help you to stay on it! As a total novice in all aspects of bathroom installation I appreciated the completely bespoke advice, tailored recommendations and great humour. We had a very short lead time which made for several glitches along the way, from looking at the products in the showroom to the actual ordering of the stock. All of these were handled with such efficiency and good grace by William, which took away all the nervousness of spending vast amounts of money. They are hugely knowledgeable and endlessly patient.
