Over the past 3 years we have had 3 bathrooms 2 Kitchens and 1 fitted bedroom from Arrow. They can't be beaten for quality, value and superb fitting. The fitters are outstanding along with the plumbers, electricians and tilers. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks for another great job we love our new kitchen.

The quality of product from Arrow is great, as were the delivery drivers and the fitters. The customer service and level of communication however, was abysmal. We called on the day our fitting was to take place only to be informed that our fitting was cancelled - something that was news to us! Some of the items were not as expected and, to no fault of the company, half the parts needed were delayed by 2 weeks. For that reason alone I would never use the company again, and would warn others not to either.

Wow! What can we say... Amazing from conception to installation! What a great company! Seamless from the outset and really professional. Have done a fantastic job and highly recommend! All personnel most courteous and nothing was too much trouble! Kept to their schedule, with all left clean and tidy when they left. The owner also took the time to come round and inspect the quality of workmanship from his dedicated team to ensure we were completely satisfied. Prices also very competitive.

We where recommended by friends to Arrowe Kitchens ,we stripped out the old kitchen ourselves ,blocking up a window etc,we gave Scott a drawing giving ideas for our new kitchen layout ,and he came back to us promptly with a cad image which my Wife and I where happy to go ahead with,obviously we were in a covid situation ,but the kitchen fitter arrived and set up our new units as promised ,they are excellent quality,and nothing was too much trouble ,Electrician modified and position sockets,and the tilers then came in to sort the walls ,the worktops are quartz and the whole job left us very pleased , we have finally had the floor tiled ,but that was held up due to our own busy life ,I can happily recommend this business .

I had my cupboard doors and worktop changed and what a transformation. Truly a fantastic service all round. They even installed a new hob which had to be hard wired for free without having to ask. All the guys were polite and professional, always on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. Communication was great and aftercare excellent. The price was by far the best quote i obtained and the kitchen looks amazing. Thanks to Scott who i dealt with throughout. Sean O'Hare
