A proper engineer. Really knows his stuff. Came out same day even though it wasn't an emergency and he was rushed off his feet. We'd been having our boiler serviced by another larger company annually but they had left it in a sorry state. For £80 ASH really did service the boiler and had to make best part of a dozen adjustments. All done in half the time of other company who seemingly did nothing but screw up all the settings/alignments. You can hear the difference in our boiler now and intermittent fault has gone. First class service. Engineer even guaranteed he'd be back free of charge if problem persisted. I don't think we'll need to take him up on that though. Quality work. Won't be using anyone else from now on.

Would highly recommend. Andrew came out really quickly and sorted our problem. We have never had an oil boiler and he gave us lots of tips and information. Will definitely use ASH heating services again. Thank-you.
