Ashford Commercial is dedicated to servicing Construction and Developer organisations as well as Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Health Trusts, and an extensive range of Schools, Colleges, Universities and other Educational Institutes.
Our ‘dedicated to commercial’ business team manage our business, whilst having the ability to offer a local service for our customers. Ashford Commercial’s enthusiasm to work in partnership with our customers has ensured our procedures are designed to offer prompt service and total commitment, from the smallest of jobs to the specialised large contracts.
An initial meeting with our customer to fully understand their requirements means accurate and competitive quotations, building a good working relationship from the start and continuing throughout the contract. Site set up and full-time site management is standard practise to ensure the contract runs smoothly and we are always on hand for support.
Capacities and Commitments
Ashford Commercial has an enviable production plant equipped with high levels of efficiency and effectiveness throughout, all operating within ISO 9000 parameters. We manufacture, supply and install the entire VEKA range of PVCu products and unlike many of our competitors, we have found the benefits of producing our own Ashford Range of Composite Door products - the benefits of which far outweigh the potential delays of subcontracting this element of our works.
Capacities of both our PVCu and Door products can be increased to suit specific market sector client or product demands. Our business development team will be delighted to meet with you to discuss your precise requirements.

Denise Firmin1 StarAvoid this company at all costs. My mother's windows are poorly fitted, are draughty and one leaks very badly. Customer service is non existent. They are now ignoring my emails despite the MD promising they would resolve the issues, nothing has been done.Thursday 26th January 2023
Madalyn1 StarAVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! I had all doors and windows replaced back in September. They're an absolute disgrace of a company.
1. I could hear the tradesman upstairs swearing about me in the next room because I had booked a plumber in for that day too.
2. One of the tradesman scratched the screen on my daughters brand new TV.
3. The new back door had about a half an inch gap at the top, creating a massive draft.
4. They left dents, chips and scratches on ALL windowsills and recess walls.
5. Totally unfriendly, rude and unprofessional staff. They didn't even smile!
After several emails sent to the company straight after their attendance, about a month later, a tradesman from Ashford came to inspect my complaint about the gap in door - he managed to fix that, and poorly filled a couple of the dents. When asked about everything else, he said that it's my word against his word (rude!). You could tell that he really didn't want to be here. He had the audacity to keep huffing and puffing at me.
I continue to email them to this day to find a resolution but I'm completely ignored. I have tried phoning them plenty of times, they keep saying that they'll get back to me - but never do.

Dan1 StarSupposed to have two doors fitted today. For a start Ashford told me it was one door when the council had told them it was two doors to be fitted. I've waited a year for the appointment. Today the workmen turn up, and tell me with a smirk on their faces that they've been given the wrong door handles for the job, but funnily enough they had the right door handles for my neighbour's house today. Hmm.. this company is not trustworthy, don't use them if you want a good job done..
Update: had doors fitted three weeks ago. They were super grumpy but did a good and quick job... The power of reviews eh?Monday 21st September 2020
