Frank Gratton is a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) with over 35 years of experience in the design, management and construction of buildings.

We create architectural designs to meet your brief, using traditional 2D and state of the art 3D design software, which gives us the ability to share 3D models of the project with our clients to illustrate the real-time finished project, before the submission of planning applications.

Our portfolio includes the renovation and restoration of historical and listed buildings, buildings within conservation areas, new residential properties, and the extension and adaptation of existing homes. We regularly work within the commercial, healthcare, educational and recreational sectors.

We provide a full service from survey, design, planning application to building regulations application, focusing on sustainability by design.

Frank Gratton is a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with experience in the surveying of most building types, having worked with historical and listed buildings, buildings within conservation areas, residential, commercial, healthcare, educational and recreational buildings. We also act as party wall surveyor in party wall disputes (Party Wall Act 1996) and advise on right of light (Right of Light Act 1959) and the CDM regulations 2015.
