These guys came to look at a rad that wasn't working and said our pump and expansion vessel needed replacing, £700... No warranty on the work was offered which was suspicious. A second opinion was taken, rad and boiler was up and fixed for under 100 quid. No replacements needed.

Arranged to fix boiler on xmas eve, did not turn up, answer messages or answer the phone. Made it impossible to find an alternative when there was every oppotunity to let me know ahead of time. Dont normally write bad reviews but very disappointed in how unreliable and unprofessional this was.
