they were rude on the phone when booking a repair and lacked customer services. On the day, the booked appointment was delayed - but I got no call to say they were running late and when I called to find out what was happening I got a rude person called Kate/Katie on the phone. No apology, no sympathy just rudeness. All she kept saying is "I will cancel the appointment if you cant wait" Luckily the engineer who came was lovely and helpful. But by no means would I use this company again if I had the choice. I have complained to the letting agent and the landlord for the poor service. Not even worth of 1 star.Tuesday 10th November 2020

I had an issue with a leak in my Kitchen, I rang Assured and spoke to a lady called Katie who asked me questions about booking the job in, they came out the same day and now this has been fixed. I couldnt thank them enough for how quickly they acted.Wednesday 3rd June 2020
