We used Astley Moss and cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish nothing was too much effort. All the team were so friendly helpful and professional. We had a complete house renovation during the pandemic and they went over and above with everything. We are delighted with the results from designing with them to construction it was a stress free pleasurable building experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone for future projects.

Can't recommend Astley Moss enough, would give them more stars if I could! I approached 5 builders to tender for a fairly large extension, they were the first to respond & come out to site, ended up giving them the job as felt I could easily work with Rick & Chris. Throughout the project any queries or concerns were dealt with straightaway, I've even sent them messages at 10pm at night and got a response back in minutes! Quality of work is definitely top end and the lads they have working with them are a real asset to the company. I've recommended them to numerous friends since who have subsequently had their builds done by them. keep up the good work!

A calamity from start to end. A 12-week project ran for over a year with a poor standard of workmanship, professionalism and communication. *updated following Astley Moss's response* Thanks for your response, Astley Moss. Sadly, your reply is not just a distortion of the truth but in most cases a complete fabrication (much like, I suspect, the 2 brand new 5* reviews that coincidently popped up at the same time as your reply). Rather than countering each of your myths I’d simply agree that those considering this company should speak to past customers (but perhaps not those who have been pre-selected and approved by the company). The trades working on our project (mostly sub-contractors despite being told by Astley Moss that they only use employees) routinely complained about the disorganisation at Astley Moss and noted that ‘there isn’t currently a job without complaints as they are focused on a single celebrity client at the expense of their other customers’. Happy to connect with anyone who’d like to learn more about our experience, see photos of the workmanship etc. as choosing the wrong builder is a very expensive mistake.
