JE Browning5 StarMo was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable leaving him alone in the house to crack on with refitting my kitchen. He threw in some extras after a delay getting the worktops, which was out of his control, and checked that I was happy with the kitchen once he had finished. Suzanne Slark1 StarI had to telephone the fitter and remind him about the appointment as he had forgotten all about it. He finally arrived hours later then he 'forgot' to send an estimate even after I called his office to enquire about it. So far have heard nothing.
