Would Not use this contractor. We employed them to carry out a new build, works were finished to a very poor standard and despite giving them several chances to get it right they couldn't. Since they were removed from the job there has been numerous problems with damp, paint pealing off, poor workmanship, faulty electrics, plumbing etc etc. Contractor used handyman throughout and no tradesmen. 18/2 Police????? Miros you have taken our money and run! There are live open circuit boards that you have left and and bearing in mind we have 4 young children this is just unbelievable. You have not responded to our solicitor, we will see you in court.

My husband and I have worked with Avalon since late 2018 in preparation for an extensive 6-month home renovation that has just ended. From the beginning, Miros and his team were professional, responsive, friendly and so easy to work with. We felt that we were part of the process and that any questions or concerns we might have were always listened to. We were actively involved in the project and would visit the site regularly. All the builders on-site were highly skilled, hard working and unfailingly polite. They also understood when we needed to make unexpected changes to the plan and worked with us to ensure we were happy with the outcome - and we are! The quality of their work is superb and will last us for years to come. We are delighted with our renovation and the whole process overall. Working with Miros and his team has really made this whole experience much easier and I would recommend Avalon to anyone who is considering a building project.

Avalon did a large, top to bottom refurbishment of my property and they were a pleasure to work with. Miros has assembled a great team who are either directly employed or are independent professionals he has worked for a long time. His in-house architect, Carlo, is a real pleasure to work with. They hit the ground running (a team of five arrived on the very first day) and did a thorough and high quality job. Miros is very innovative and I never felt that that I had less than his full attention. Best of all, they finished on-time.

We are currently in completing a 3 floor extension to our house with Avalon including interior design and are incredibly impressed by the skill, professionalism and attentiveness that Miros and his team have exhibited every step of the way. I am convinced that Miros treats this project like he would treat his own home build, as his attention to detail and his work ethic are beyond reproach. I would recommend Avalon to anyone who wants to make a real and worthy investment in improving their home. Miros has built a team of suppliers and contractors around him that also share his ethics and integrity so it’s important to take his advice and trust his experience. If you insist on using contractors that he hasn’t spent time approving, you will not get the same standard. It’s important to know this because finding the right team and building trusted relationships is critical in building your dream home, and having your project run to budget and schedule and that’s what makes Avalon an award winning company to work with. Avalon were responsible for the total renovation of my apartment. Very experienced team from the quotation, construction through to completion. The pricing was very competitive. The project manager and constructors on site were very professional and the work was completed to a very high standard. 3 years later I still have not found any fault in the work done.
