Before buying a house, I've instructed Avery & Co for a RICS 2 Home Survey. Not only the team has been helpful and reactive before and after the survey, but the information within the report have been crucial. It detected some issues within the roof, that vendor agreed to fix, which saved me a significant amount of money. The report also contains legal advisory that are worth sharing with solicitors. In summary, their work has been excellent and worth every pound. I highly recommend their service for anyone who wants to buy a house with a peace of mind. Thanks again!

Absolutely amazing company. I have used Avery & Co twice. Each experience was unique and professional. From first contact, I felt understood and supported. Selling a house is stressful enough and finding the right solicitor, surveyor etc is daunting when you are at the beginning of your journey... I will help you with this one- Avery & Co are the best out there. The way they supported me the second time was over and above any other company. I would use them every time and recommend them to everyone.

We decided to use Avery for our house survey as they had some very positive online reviews and their website was very informative and professional. The cost was comparable to other companies so we were happy to proceed. On the day of the survey, Alex our surveyor, rang to introduce himself and tell us he was at the property. He explained that he would call if there was anything drastically concerning about the property. He also informed us roughly when we should expect to receive his report and encouraged us to ring him if there was anything we wanted to discuss in relation to the survey. He was very pleasant to talk to and we felt reassured by his professional approach. We received Alex’s report just over a week after his visit and it was breathtakingly detailed. So much so that we became concerned about several issues he’d highlighted. We rang him to discuss the report and he was happy to talk through everything that had kept us awake at night! He was incredibly knowledgeable and very interesting to talk to and we both felt reassured by the end of the conversation. In conclusion I would strongly recommend using Avery as we received such professional, thorough service from start to finish. Many thanks.

Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional and gave really clear information. Valuation was completed thoroughly but efficiently and report was received about 48 hours later which I thought was incredibly quick. Thanks for your help ☺️
