We asked Will to put laminate in our house upstairs, downstairs and build a wall. Initially he was very busy and we waited 2 months for him. Meanwhile we bought the material and ran to paint the house before his arrival. Finally he put the floor downstairs (where in a part of the room he did not levelled properly a section of the floor causing continuing bouncing of the laminate!!) … then for some reason he decided do not put the laminate upstairs and build the wall informing us just 1 day before our appointment. This is unbelievable!!!!!!! You won’t get any help or partial refund from him, only he will just block you on Whatsapp and he will not answer to your email.

So we thought we had a reliable builder to build our stood wall and fit our doors. We asked for the wall to match and be In line with the existing wall and the wall that was built was not in line with the existing wall. Will Harris was happy enough to take our money and when we questioned him about the job not being done he said he did it to save space in the room. (2inches) he has since not responded to our messages and also said that if he was to correct his mistake we would have to pay for materials that we already paid for. also as a favour he said he would take off our radiators and we gave him 2 newish radiators as a thank you. when we asked him if he was going to sort out the job he also said then that he wanted extra £30 for taking off our radiators bearing in mind we have writing to say no extra charge and i think he forgot he had 2 radiators off us. Will manipulated me and my partner to trust him. which we did. I hope noone else has this experience with him. he is a con man. Please please please everyone AVOID Will Harris. AW property is the best way to waste your money. Avoid at al costs! When you meet him is kind and available until you realise the work he does is poor and you call him back to fix it. He will come back trying to fix the problem he generated in the fastest way possible instead of the right way. In the end you have to call and pay a professional to fix his mess and you won't get any partial refund. Spend more money in a specialist and avoid headaches.
