Award Associates are a consultancy practice that offer creative structural design, using our experience to the benefit of the project to design efficiently, economically and with flair.

We have extensive experience of design work using all of the primary construction materials and structural techniques within projects in the domestic, retail, leisure and retail sectors of construction, whether it be a complete new building or alteration work.  Most of our work comes from recommendation by previous clients and repeat business.

We have included the speciality of Party Wall Surveying within our services since the company was formed in 2009 and undertake 40 or more commissions each year.  Our Party Wall Surveyors have a great deal of experience in the role since 1997, whether it be as Building Owners Surveyor, Adjoining Owners Surveyor or Agreed Surveyor and are familiar with the processes and protocols of the Act and the subtleties of it.
